Upon scheduling your appointment ask our receptionists to request your pet's medical records from your previous veterinary clinic. If you would like to complete the paperwork before arriving for your appointment, click on the client registration form. Fill out the form and upon your arrival present it to one of our receptionists. This will help us to be more efficient in setting up your new record and allow you to see the doctor sooner.
The American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) has developed the standards of accreditation as a way of assuring excellence in companion animal care. The categories of standards evaluated by AAHA include quality of care, diagnostics, surgery, pharmacy, management, medical records, and facility.
